If someone in your life has struggled with substance use disorder, you work with people who struggles with a substance use disorder, or you just want to know how to help in the case of an overdose, this training is for you.

Cindy Matthews, a representative from Rep. Rob Matzie's office, will be at the Rochester Public Library to assist you with your PA Property Tax/Rent Rebate forms.
